At PeachToyz.com, orders placed after 12AM EST are processed for shipment within 2 business days. Once your order has been fully processed and is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package until delivery. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for every customer.
At PeachToyz.com, we’re excited to get your chosen accessories to you as quickly as possible! However, once your order has begun processing, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. If you change your mind after this point, the best option is to mark the package as Return to Sender and refuse delivery when it arrives. You can also personally bring the unopened package back to the carrier and let them know you are refusing the delivery. This helps ensure your return is handled smoothly and allows us to assist you with any refunds or exchanges as soon as the package is back with us. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help make your shopping experience delightful!
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order at PeachToyz.com, please contact our customer service team right away so we can update the information before your order is shipped. It is important to act quickly because once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. In most cases, if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the carrier will return it to us. When returned, we will notify you to arrange for reshipment; please note that additional shipping fees may apply. To avoid delays and ensure timely delivery of your accessories, double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

To protect your privacy, all packages are shipped with a plain shipping label that simply reads "Customer Service," ensuring the contents remain confidential. Additionally, your billing statement will show the descriptor "PEACHYTOYZ," which is non-descriptive and designed to maintain your privacy discreetly. This approach allows you to shop confidently, knowing your personal information and purchases are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
If you discover that an item purchased from PeachToyz.com is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. To initiate the return, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to inform us of the issue. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email, which includes detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please note that a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN; without it, we cannot process the replacement. This ensures a smooth and efficient resolution, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
